ナルトシザーより"ハサミの納期”についてのお知らせ

≪ご注文ハサミの納期について≫
お客様からハサミのご注文をいただいてから、通常3～6週間で代理店様を通してお客様の元へお届けしております。加工内容等によって納品時期は変わりますが、長くかかる場合は事前にお客様にお伝えいたしますのでご安心下さい。
何人もの職人が、お客様の世界に一丁しかないハサミを手作業で作ります。
お手元に届くまで、ワクワク楽しみにお待ちいただけると有りがたいです。

≪修理・調整期間について≫
ナルトシザーの修理・調整期間は、通常約2週間です。
工場受付より約2週間で、工場のすべての修理行程を終え、代理店様または直接お客様の元へ出荷いたします。
しかし、時期によっては修理のハサミの丁数の増加や、長期休暇を挟む等の理由でもう少しお時間をいただくこともございます。

尚、年内返却の修理受付は11月30日をもちまして終了しております。

製造も修理もすべて手作業のナルトシザーです。時間はかかりますが、一丁一丁と真剣に向かい合っております。何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

≪About delivery time of ordered scissors≫
After receiving an order from the customer, it is usually delivered to the customer through the distributor in 3 to 6 weeks. The delivery time will vary depending on the extent of Machining, but if it takes a long time, we will tell you in advance so you can rest assured.
A number of craftsmen make scissors that are unique to the customer’s world by hand.
We appreciate your patience while our craftsmen are working on your scissors.

≪Repair / Adjustment Period≫
The repair and adjustment period for Naruto scissors is usually about two weeks.
Approximately two weeks from receiving the customers scissors, all repairs at our factory will be completed and shipped to the distributor or directly to the customer.
However, depending on the season, more time may be needed.
In addition, Please be aware that November 30 is the deadline if you want your scissors to return within the year.

All crafting and repairs are done by hand. Although it takes time, our craftsmen are facing each pair of scissors are facing seriously. We hope that you will understand. Thank you very much.
